About The Position
The Delivery Driver operates a delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company safety standards, navigates assigned routes, and delivers orders to designated addresses within the delivery area. The role also supports in-store operations by operating equipment, stocking supplies, preparing products as needed, processing telephone orders, and maintaining clean work areas and equipment. The Delivery Driver communicates with customers and team members, provides professional service, processes transactions accurately, and maintains delivery and transaction records.

Responsibilities
- Operate the delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Navigate assigned delivery routes using maps and navigational applications; locate and deliver orders to designated addresses.
- Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork.
- Operate equipment as directed.
- Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products according to company specifications as needed.
- Receive and process telephone orders when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members verbally and in writing.
- Process orders accurately over the phone and in person; provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed.
- Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly.
- Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change.
- Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately.
- Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens.
- Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions.
