About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Lake St. Louis location at 157 Pond Fort Trl, Ste 102. The driver safely delivers products to customers in Lake St. Louis and surrounding areas, providing professional service and helping ensure a positive customer experience. The role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires effective route planning, safe vehicle operation, accurate transaction handling, and clear communication with management and the team. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations and valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology.
Reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products on assigned routes in Lake St. Louis and surrounding areas.
Use GPS and mapping technology to navigate efficiently and optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with customers.
Handle and transport packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
Collect payments and process transactions accurately when required.
Maintain detailed delivery records and promptly communicate issues or delays to management.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and immediately report mechanical concerns.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Collaborate with the team to support operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
