About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing courteous customer service, delivering orders accurately and safely, and following Domino’s Pizza performance and operating standards. Drivers must maintain a neat, clean, and positive image in their vehicles; carry $1 in coin change on every delivery; and say “Let me get your change” on every order. Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries and must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money. A pocket knife or any other weapon is not allowed while working. Every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Orders must be repeated for accuracy, and the customer’s name and address must be confirmed.

Requirements

• Follow delivery routing and check-in procedures; do not be routed or checked in early.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and assist carryout customers politely and courteously, providing helpful and knowledgeable information about the menu.
• Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
• Know and demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Keep the delivery vehicle neat, clean, and in a positive image while working.
• Do not be routed early or checked in early from deliveries.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order to confirm accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
