About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to safely deliver products or flyers within a designated area while providing exceptional customer service. Drivers may help with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including paths to management and other leadership roles. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training. The job involves working in a pizza store and making deliveries by vehicle or e-bike. Conditions may include adverse weather, temperatures ranging from 33°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas, sudden temperature changes, food-related odors and fumes, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces and products, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities include standing, walking, sitting while driving or completing paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays and trash cans, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have three or fewer moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had a drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violation in the last five years.
Must have access to reliable transportation; delivery by personal vehicle requires an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition. Company vehicles may be available at some locations.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses, including navigating adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and stairs while carrying products.
Must be able to communicate verbally, in writing, and by telephone; accurately process orders and make monetary change.
Must be able to perform the physical and sensory tasks described for the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, and night vision for delivery work.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within the designated delivery area.
Use navigational skills to read maps and locate delivery addresses.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy taking deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Perform general store duties, including taking and processing orders by phone, entering orders using a keyboard or touch screen, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility.
Unload and stock product deliveries, which may include lifting cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
Complete paid training, including videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training.
