About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver for Domino’s. The role includes delivering orders within a designated area and supporting store operations by taking orders, preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, organizing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Drivers are expected to represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, operate equipment safely, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. A $250 sign-on bonus is available upon meeting designated delivery milestones and completing the full delivery requirement; eligibility requirements and bonus milestones apply. It is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
