About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers may also help with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role involves customer service, order communication and processing, store equipment operation, stocking, food preparation, and cleaning. A flexible schedule is offered, and paid training is provided. The company describes opportunities for advancement from Delivery Driver to management and other leadership or franchise roles. The work may involve driving and delivering in varying weather, carrying products while walking or climbing stairs, and working in-store around temperature changes, hot surfaces, food-related odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities may include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and frequent hand use. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have three or fewer moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had any drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have access to an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition for deliveries.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain and carry products while delivering.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to operate store equipment and perform the stated physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Use maps and navigation skills to locate delivery addresses and navigate delivery sites, including stairs and other challenging terrain.
Provide customer service during deliveries.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy taking deliveries.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Operate store equipment and use computer keyboards or touch screens to enter orders.
Receive and unload bulk product deliveries with the team members on duty.
Complete required training and take an active role in learning and advancement.
