About The Position
Delivery Drivers deliver Domino’s products in a company vehicle and safely and efficiently deliver pizzas to customers. They interact with customers face-to-face and provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business. Drivers also help prepare perfect products, operate store equipment including ovens, and develop organizational, inventory, time-management, and multitasking skills. The role includes mileage reimbursement and daily tips. Flexible work hours and product discounts are offered, and employees may continue their development through the CMS Welcome to Management Program.
Requirements
- A driver’s license and driving experience: 2 years if age 18, or 1 year if age 19 or older.
- A safe driving record.
- A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Domino’s products and pizzas safely and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service and represent the brand professionally.
- Help prepare products to company standards.
- Operate equipment inside the store, including tending ovens.
- Develop and use organizational, inventory, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Take ownership of resolving problems.
- Complete CMS training programs.
