About The Position
Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Drivers can choose their own schedule, with part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the driver.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
- Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
- Must possess good navigational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
- Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
- Carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
- Navigate multi-story buildings, potentially including 5+ flights of stairs.
- Read and follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, and meet strict quality control standards.
- Analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
- Distribute flyers and door hangers.
- Stock ingredients and shelves.
- Clean low areas and work surfaces.
- Answer phones.
- Shape pizza dough.
- Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using a rolling cutter.
- Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
- Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
