About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products safely and efficiently within a designated delivery area. Drivers may use their own vehicle and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement, or use a company-provided vehicle if they are at least 21, have a clean driving record, and have at least two years of driving history. Drivers typically average over $20 per hour including wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily; hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Flexible short or long shifts and part-time or full-time schedules are available. The role provides access to delivery technology and offers potential advancement to Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond.

The position involves driving and making multiple deliveries per shift, carrying pizzas and beverages, and walking or climbing to customer locations, potentially including five or more flights of stairs. In-store and delivery work may expose team members to adverse weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, compact work areas, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities include frequent reaching, bending, repetitive hand use, and handling pizza-making and delivery equipment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• To use a company-provided vehicle, be at least 21, have a clean driving record, and have at least two years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely within a designated delivery area using safe driving practices.
• Travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including stairs when required.
• Use maps and navigational skills to locate delivery addresses.
• Follow directives and quality control standards while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform repetitive in-store tasks, including food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and answering phones, as needed.
