About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas and provide customer service. The role requires enthusiastic communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency. Drivers represent the brand and must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Work schedules may be flexible, and the role may be part-time or full-time.

In addition to delivery duties, team members may receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies, and complete related paperwork. The position involves working independently and with coworkers, meeting quality standards, and handling customer interactions and payments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied delivery sites.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, and meet strict quality-control standards.
• Must be able to make accurate calculations and monetary change.
• Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, walk, and occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs.
• Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas to customers in the designated delivery area.
• Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse delivery locations and terrain.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies, and complete associated paperwork.
• Make accurate monetary change and handle basic calculations.
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers while meeting quality-control standards.
