About The Position

Domino’s is seeking Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas to customers within a designated delivery area. The role emphasizes prompt, friendly customer communication, a positive attitude, punctuality, and a sense of urgency. Drivers represent the brand and must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The work also includes receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, completing related paperwork, and coordinating with coworkers and customers. Team members may work independently or with others and must meet quality standards while handling time-sensitive tasks. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to develop skills or pursue growth within the company.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most of a shift and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers, including maintaining punctuality and a sense of urgency.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied delivery locations and terrain while carrying products.
Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks while working independently or with others and under stress.
Meet strict quality-control standards and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Analyze and compile data and make sound ethical decisions in a timely manner.
Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Unload product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Perform job tasks while standing for most of the shift, walking, and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
