About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas to customers in the designated delivery area. The role emphasizes prompt and friendly customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency. Drivers represent the brand and must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The position also includes customer service and store tasks such as receiving telephone orders, taking inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, completing related paperwork, and coordinating with coworkers. Schedules may be part-time or full-time and are described as flexible.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, and make timely, sound ethical decisions.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform tasks that may involve walking, stairs, crouching, squatting, stooping, and bending.
Must be able to lift and stack ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers throughout the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate varied delivery terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies in storage areas, work areas, and coolers.
Complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers and meet quality control standards.
Unload, lift, and stack product ingredients and supplies as needed.
