About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including progression into management or franchise ownership. Drivers deliver food and promotional materials to customers, take and process orders, prepare products, stock ingredients and supplies, operate store equipment, and perform other general store duties. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately, and the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Must be able to perform physical duties including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, and occasional climbing; delivery may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.
Must be able to carry product during deliveries and drive within a designated delivery area.
Must be able to sense and differentiate hot and cold surfaces, and have near-, mid-, far-, and night-vision appropriate to store tasks and driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Take and process customer orders by phone and in person, including entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Prepare products and operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and store supplies.
Perform other general store duties, including removing trash and other outside tasks.
