About The Position
The Delivery Driver delivers customer orders safely and accurately while representing Domino’s on the road. The role also supports in-store operations by stocking supplies, preparing products when needed, answering phones, processing orders, and maintaining clean work areas and equipment. Drivers communicate with customers and teammates, provide customer service, handle cash and transaction records, and use computer systems or touch screens to enter orders. The position offers a flexible schedule and weekly pay. Average pay is $16–$24 per hour, including tips and mileage; actual averages vary by location, shift, and number of deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a good background check and driving record.
- Must have at least one year of driving history; two or more years is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and dependable.
- Must have reliable transportation with insurance coverage in the applicant’s name.

Responsibilities
- Drive safely, follow traffic laws and company safety standards, and navigate assigned delivery routes using maps or navigation apps.
- Locate customers and deliver orders to the correct address, including in multi-story buildings and across varied terrain.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Learn and use in-store equipment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies in storage areas, coolers, and workstations.
- Prepare products according to specifications when needed.
- Answer phones and process orders during busy periods.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and ready for use.
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
- Take orders accurately in person and over the phone, provide customer service, and address issues.
- Follow written instructions and complete assigned work correctly.
- Handle cash transactions and calculate change accurately.
- Perform basic arithmetic and enter orders using computer systems or touch screens.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and transactions.
