About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified delivery drivers to staff local stores. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area and may deliver flyers and door hangers. The role also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within the company.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Be able to perform the listed physical activities, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, and reaching.
Have far vision and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery routes and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
