About The Position

The Delivery Driver operates equipment and performs general store duties, including stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. The role requires communicating with customers and coworkers by phone and in person, and safely driving the employee’s own vehicle to deliver products while navigating roads, maps, and varied delivery-site terrain.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers over the phone and in person.
• Ability to safely drive an own vehicle.
• Ability to navigate roads, maps, adverse terrain, and stairs at delivery sites while carrying products.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders and stairs, stoop, bend, crouch, squat, reach, and grasp.
• Ability to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids.
• Ability to tolerate varying temperatures and conditions indoors and outdoors.
