Requirements

21 Years Old
CDL NOT required
Ability to pass DOT physical exam
Pass pre-employment drug screening
Pass criminal background check
Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
High School or GED Diploma
Cellphone with text and data capabilities
Basic computer and data entry skills
Basic mathematical skills
Basic map reading abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in route operations
Ability to meet driver qualifications
Physical ability to regularly lift 50lb packages and maneuver up to 150lbs
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Responsibilities

Follow through and deliver all packages safely and on time
Complete all pick-ups assigned to route within the scheduled timeframe
Deliver and scan every package according to proper procedure
Meet and greet customers in a positive manner
Safely operate box trucks and step vans (No CDL Required)
Communicate promptly and effectively with management on time critical issues
Speak, read and write English fluently (must meet Federal DOT requirements for communication with law enforcement)
