About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at 7900-K Stevens Mill Rd in Matthews, NC. Drivers deliver hot, fresh pizza and provide a positive customer experience in the local area. Total compensation is advertised as averaging $15–$20 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with annual total compensation potential of $30,000–$40,000. Drivers may take their tips home at the end of each shift. The role also includes taking customer orders, handling payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting the in-store team when not making deliveries. Flexible scheduling is available. Requirements

Have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding time with a learner’s permit.
Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Have an excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
Be a reliable team player with the hustle and energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

Safely and quickly deliver customer orders in the local area.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
