About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Drivers can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Our drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills.
• Must be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.

Responsibilities

• Use their own vehicles to deliver Domino's products.
• Receive adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto-related expenses.
• Navigate using maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Deliver products safely and efficiently.
• Handle pizzas and beverages during delivery, which may involve carrying them and climbing stairs.
• Use safe driving practices within a designated delivery area.
• Perform tasks at the pizza assembly station, which may involve forward bending at the waist.
• Stock ingredients and clean low areas.
• Reach for items continuously, up, down, and forward.
• Shape pizza dough, manipulate a pizza peel, and use a rolling cutter.
• Pinch cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use depth perception, and near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
