About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Diamond location at 2255 E Division St. The driver represents the company while delivering products and providing professional, friendly service to customers throughout the Diamond area. This role calls for strong organization, punctuality, and a commitment to a positive customer experience. Drivers must use a reliable, insured vehicle and maintain it responsibly. The position offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to delivery deadlines.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with roads and neighborhoods in the Diamond area.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Handle products carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition.
• Communicate with dispatch about delivery status, delays, and customer concerns.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the company professionally.
• Organize and manage delivery schedules flexibly to meet business demands.
