About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Granite City location on Madison Ave. The driver safely and professionally delivers products to customers, represents the organization at delivery locations, and contributes to customer satisfaction through timely service and courteous communication. The role involves vehicle inspections, route planning, accurate delivery records, and coordination with dispatch and management. Drivers need access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle that meets company standards and must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operations.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication.
• Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for deliveries.
• Great attitude and genuine commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products on assigned routes in a timely, professional manner.
• Use GPS technology and local knowledge to navigate efficiently and optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle packages carefully and deliver products in excellent condition to the correct addresses.
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service and respond empathetically to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and special delivery instructions.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate route updates, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and management.
• Organize and load the vehicle to maximize delivery capacity and minimize handling time.
• Represent the organization professionally and build positive relationships with customers and the community.
