About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Mascoutah location. The driver delivers products throughout the community, provides courteous service, and represents the organization professionally. The role involves operating and maintaining a delivery vehicle, planning efficient routes, keeping accurate delivery records, safely handling packages, and communicating with dispatch and management. Flexible hours may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries, with valid proof of insurance.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route-planning tools.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide efficient service and arrive on time.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers courteously, and address questions or concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Safely load, unload, and handle packages to prevent damage.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally.
