About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated area using their own vehicles. Drivers receive hourly wages, tips, and adjustable mileage reimbursement; tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Drivers may choose a flexible schedule, with short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours available. The role uses delivery technology intended to support safe and efficient deliveries and may offer promotional opportunities such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must have good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties described, including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, bending, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.
• Must have the vision and sensory abilities described, including far and night vision for driving and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products within the designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Use a personal vehicle to travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Follow directions and maps, locate addresses, and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform in-store tasks as needed, including repetitive bending, reaching, stocking, cleaning, answering phones, assembling pizzas and boxes, and handling pizza tools.
• Work independently and with others, meet quality control standards, and make sound judgments and decisions.
