About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Minooka location at 855 S Ridge Road. The driver delivers products to customers in the Minooka area while providing friendly, professional service and representing the organization positively. The role requires safe and efficient vehicle operation, accurate handling of deliveries and records, and effective communication with dispatch and management. Drivers work independently in a fast-paced environment and may work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least two years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with a commitment to punctuality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and resilience in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Minooka area.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization positively at each delivery.
• Load, transport, and unload packages accurately while protecting product quality and integrity.
• Navigate routes efficiently using local knowledge and navigation tools to meet delivery schedules.
