About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Domino’s Delivery Driver. The role includes providing a friendly customer experience, preparing products to company standards, maintaining store cleanliness and food safety, and delivering orders within a designated area. Drivers may use their own dependable vehicle or a company-owned vehicle and must follow company requirements for use of a forward-facing dash camera. The position offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, a $250 sign-on bonus earned through designated delivery milestones, team member discounts, training, and opportunities for growth. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries and provide footage in the event of an accident.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

• Use and maintain the company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
