About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Domino’s Delivery Driver. The role combines customer service, food preparation, store upkeep, and delivery responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Drivers provide friendly service, uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, and deliver within a designated area. The position offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, Team Member product discounts, and a $250 sign-on bonus earned by meeting designated delivery milestones. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available to eligible Team Members averaging 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period. Eligible Team Members may also participate in the 401(k) program. RPM Pizza provides ongoing training and development through RPM Pizza College, along with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries and provide footage in the event of an accident.
• Return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
