About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver products by car to customers’ doors and perform related store-team duties. The position offers a flexible schedule and on-the-job orientation and training. The role may provide opportunities to grow within the company. Drivers deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, may make several deliveries per shift, and may deliver flyers and door hangers. The work involves navigating to delivery locations, carrying pizzas and beverages, and traveling between the store, vehicle, and customer locations. Drivers also perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Must have far and night vision for driving and the ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop or bend, crouch or squat, and reach.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses in the delivery area, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
