About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a delivery driver to deliver orders in the designated area and help with in-store tasks as needed. Drivers must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards, and use a registered, insured vehicle for deliveries. Applicants must provide proof of at least two years of licensed driving history in the United States and meet the stated driving-record criteria. The role pays $16.00 per hour, plus tips and mileage. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position may offer opportunities for career advancement, including management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and at least two years of licensed driving history in the United States, with documentation.
• Must have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history for at least 1.5 years during the last two years; the suspension cannot be at the start of the two-year period.
• Driving record must meet company criteria: no more than one violation and one at-fault accident in the last two years; no more than two violations and one at-fault accident in the last three years; no more than three violations in the last three years; and no more than one at-fault accident in the last three years.
• No distracted or inattentive driving violations in the last three years and no serious violations in the past five years.
• Must have access to a registered vehicle, be insured to drive it, and meet company vehicle inspection standards.
• Must have customer-service and communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally by phone and in person.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items, reaching, and handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers and navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Provide customer service and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Help with food preparation, cleaning, and other in-store tasks as needed.
• Operate equipment; stock ingredients; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Handle products and supplies, including unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Complete periodic inspections of the delivery vehicle under store management supervision.
