About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto expenses, or use a company-provided vehicle (requires being at least 21, having a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history). Safe driving is a must. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology for efficient and safe product delivery, leading to more earnings. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with both part-time and full-time shifts available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino's products safely and efficiently.
• Navigate using maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver products to customers, which may involve navigating multi-story buildings.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Handle food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Operate ovens reaching up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Work with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Walk, carry, and climb between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Carry pizzas and beverages during deliveries.
• Navigate potentially 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Use safe driving practices.
• Make multiple deliveries per shift.
• Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Perform crouching and bending occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Perform reaching tasks continuously, up, down, and forward.
• Use one or both hands continuously for various tasks.
• Shape pizza dough, requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
• Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Communicate via telephone (talking and hearing).
• Utilize depth perception, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Utilize far and night vision for driving.
