About The Position

Falcon Heating Air Conditioning, Inc is a privately owned, established HVAC and plumbing company of 37 years with rapid expansion, and advanced career path opportunities. We are looking for a Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver II transports parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another and assists in the warehouse.

Requirements

Strong ability to drive safely
Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps
Strong ability to plan efficient delivery routes
Strong ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision
Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
Valid driving license
Excellent driving record
Being able to pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

Plan and complete an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day
Load delivery vehicle with equipment scheduled for delivery
Deliver supplies to correct addresses, Obtain signatures and proof of receipt when necessary
Pick up supplies along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested
Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made
Ensure the delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; Report larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor
Follow company and industry safety guidelines and regulations
Perform other related duties as assigned
