About The Position

Advantage is redefining what it means to be a pharmacy for people with serious behavioral health conditions. We specialize in serving patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and related challenges—patients who are often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems. We provide advanced pharmacy services and wraparound care that ensure patients can access and stay on complex medications. We offer in-home and community-based injection support, help patients navigate insurance and prior authorizations, and work closely with providers to overcome barriers to treatment. By strengthening connections between patients, care teams, and support systems, we make it possible for people living with behavioral health challenges to achieve stability and long-term success. This role is responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceuticals and goods to customer's homes, offices or companies. Work closely with company personnel and customers to provide quality service and meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

Valid, unrestricted driver's license
Must submit a copy of driver's abstract
Clean driving record with no traffic violations, DUI's or reckless driving convictions within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities

Deliver and mail medications to patients' homes, clinics, and pharmacy locations.
Ensure accurate bagging and delivery by checking addresses and prescription labels.
Scan out prescription labels for delivery and create a receipt.
Load and sort deliveries into vehicles for efficient delivery.
Communicate and document patient notes to staff at the end of the day.
Verify patient information (name and date of birth) prior to delivery of medications.
Obtain patient signatures upon delivery to confirm receipt of medications.
