About The Position

Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking a Van Driver responsible for transporting residents to doctor's appointments, local events, and shopping. This role also involves engaging residents in activities and programs across Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care. The company values compassion, innovation, and community, aiming to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives and foster a supportive work environment. Training will be provided for those with a clean driving record and transferable skills working with seniors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher education preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to drive the community vehicle for resident outings
• Stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• Lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
• Use proper body mechanics.
