About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth, including advancement to management or franchise ownership. Drivers deliver products by car to customers within a designated delivery area and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members also perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Be able to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Be able to carry products and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries, including climbing five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Be able to meet the listed physical demands, including lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
