Delivery Driver
About The Position
Aaron’s Delivery Drivers help ensure positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based role. The position involves driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, demonstrating product use, supporting day-to-day store operations, and interacting with customers in the community. Drivers work both inside and outside the store. The stated pay range is $16.50 to $17.25 per hour. The schedule has hours that may vary between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; drivers have Sundays off and one additional day off during the week, and locations are open six days per week.
Requirements
- Solid communication skills.
- Working knowledge of electronics.
- Desire to make a positive difference for customers.
- Must be at least 21 years old for positions in the United States or at least 18 years old in Canada.
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory driving record.
- Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required for the position’s location in the United States.
- Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
- Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities
- Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
- Unload and install merchandise, and demonstrate its use to customers.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
- Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
- Support the team with day-to-day store operations and connect with customers in the community.
- Uphold the Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
