About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers for its Bear Lake-area stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders while also performing general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make rapid, precise movements accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair or ladder climbing.
• Ability to lift and stock cases weighing up to 50 pounds and handle other items described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone to process orders.
• Handle deliveries of ingredients and supplies, including unloading and stocking them.
• Perform other outside tasks such as removing trash.
