About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide customer service and support store operations while making deliveries within a designated area. The position involves taking orders, preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and supporting inventory activities in a fast-paced environment. Delivery Drivers are expected to uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, contribute to a positive team environment, and operate store equipment safely.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay. The role is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay under applicable laws. Duties and responsibilities may change.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
