About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver customer orders and support store operations. Drivers may also assist with food preparation, cleaning, stocking, order processing, inventory, and other general team-member duties. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries; the driver must be insured on the vehicle’s insurance policy.
Have at least two years of licensed driving history in the United States and provide documentation of that history.
Have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history of at least 1.5 years during the last two years; a suspension cannot be at the start of that two-year period.
Meet the stated driving-record standards: no more than one violation and one at-fault accident in the last two years; no more than two violations and one at-fault accident in the last three years; no more than three violations in the last three years; and no more than one at-fault accident in the last three years.
Have no distracted or inattentive driving violations within the last three years and no serious violations within the past five years.
Possess customer-service and navigation skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses.
Be able to communicate verbally and in writing, comprehend and give correct written instructions, and process orders by phone and in person.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Provide customer service and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone to process orders.
Assist with food preparation, cleaning, stocking ingredients, receiving and processing telephone orders, and taking inventory.
Operate store equipment and complete associated paperwork.
Unload and move product deliveries, stock shelves, and move trays on dollies.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Maintain a safe, inspected vehicle when using it for business deliveries.
