About The Position

This position involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, and taking inventory. The role requires the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Essential skills include accurate and quick mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills, and good eye-hand coordination for precise movements. The job involves working in varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and handling hot surfaces and sharp edges. Physical demands include prolonged standing and walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, occasional climbing of stairs or ladders, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, and manipulating tools like a pizza peel and rolling cutter. Pinching is required for assembling boxes, and grasping various items is necessary. Team members may use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. For delivery duties, team members will deliver product by car and to the customer's door, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. This requires navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses, and the ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing stairs. Driving is a key component, making several deliveries per shift within a designated area. Walking involves travel between the store, vehicle, and customer location. Climbing may involve navigating five or more flights of stairs during deliveries. The work conditions expose the driver to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during deliveries and couponing. Far vision and night vision are necessary for driving.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities
