About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Central Park, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers. Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport pizzas to designated locations. Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all items. Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency. Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption. Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Process payments and handle cash transactions when required. Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile devices
Knowledge of local area and routes is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
