About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Washington location at 2278 Washington Road. The driver delivers products throughout the Washington area, representing the company through professional service and positive customer interactions. The role involves working independently while coordinating with dispatch and management and following company policies and safety requirements. Full-time drivers may be eligible for additional insurance and retirement benefits after the stated waiting period.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check meeting company-specific standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting delivery schedules.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
Comfort using GPS and navigation technology.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Navigate local routes efficiently using knowledge of Washington roads and traffic patterns.
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments.
Provide friendly and courteous customer service at each delivery point.
Inspect the vehicle daily for maintenance issues and promptly report concerns.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally and empathetically.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Organize and load delivery items securely to prevent damage during transport.
Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status and obstacles.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the organization.
