About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Overland location at 9511 Lackland Rd. The driver delivers products to customers throughout the assigned area, represents the organization at customer locations, and works independently while supporting the team’s goals for efficient service and customer satisfaction. Drivers are expected to handle products carefully, keep their vehicle clean and organized, and comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company-specific standards.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet delivery goals.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and delivery schedules.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout the Overland area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely, efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization positively.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
• Handle products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about delays, issues, or customer concerns.
• Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and cargo area.
• Build positive customer relationships and address inquiries or concerns professionally and empathetically.
