About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses, or use a company-provided vehicle (requires being at least 21, having a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history). Safe driving is a must. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology for efficient and safe product delivery, leading to more earnings. Flexible scheduling is available for both part-time and full-time needs.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.
Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
Clean driving record is a must.
Minimum 2 years of driving history (if using company car).
Must be at least 21 (if using company car).

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas and other Domino's products safely and efficiently within a designated delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Use safe driving practices.
Make multiple deliveries per shift.
Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, and work independently and with others.
Work well under stress and meet quality control standards.
Provide excellent customer service.
Analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
Distribute flyers and door hangers (may involve exposure to weather).
Operate ovens (reaching up to 500 degrees or higher).
Handle hot surfaces/tools and sharp edges.
Operate moving mechanical parts.
Assemble pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and pizza boxes.
Use one or both hands continuously for various tasks, including shaping pizza dough (requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists), manipulating a pizza peel, and using a rolling cutter.
Talk and hear on the telephone.
Use depth perception, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Use far and night vision for driving.
