About The Position

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers help ensure positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based role. They drive, install, move, and pick up merchandise, demonstrate product use to customers, support day-to-day store operations, and connect with customers in the community. The work takes place both inside and outside the store.

The pay range is $18.75 to $19.75 per hour. Benefits vary based on full-time and part-time employment status.

Requirements

• Solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Desire to make a positive difference for customers.
• At least 21 years of age for positions in the United States or at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to be DOT certified, if required at the position’s location in the United States.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Nice To Haves

• Experience moving household furnishings and appliances.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products.
• Safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload and install merchandise and demonstrate its use to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Support day-to-day store operations and connect with customers in the community.
• Uphold the Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
