About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas promptly and provide positive, professional customer service. Drivers are expected to communicate enthusiastically with customers, maintain a positive personality, be punctual, and work with a sense of urgency. They represent the brand and must maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The role also involves supporting store operations, including processing phone orders, taking inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, and completing related paperwork. The position offers opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a motor vehicle record check and meet company-specific standards.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to perform tasks involving standing for most of the shift, walking, and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate with customers enthusiastically and professionally, supporting timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Navigate to addresses using maps and travel across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Perform repetitive tasks independently and with coworkers, work under stress, meet quality control standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Take inventory and move and stock ingredients and supplies in storage areas, work areas, and coolers; complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Assist with unloading bulk product deliveries, which occur two to three times per week.
