About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area and may make several deliveries per shift. They also work in the store, helping with tasks such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Full training is provided. The role calls for friendly customer service, safe driving, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for deliveries.
• Must provide proof of car insurance.
• Must have a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must be able to navigate to addresses within the delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and precision to make rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies.
