About The Position
RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience while taking orders and making deliveries. Team Members uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety, prepare products accurately and efficiently, and resolve customer concerns with ownership. The role also includes managing time and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, safely operating store equipment, organizing and restocking inventory, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment. Drivers must navigate within the designated delivery area and use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
- Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
- For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

- Use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
