Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations, with valid proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent customer-service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic route planning.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Physical ability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in Morris and surrounding areas.
• Use GPS and route optimization tools to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers professionally, answer questions, and handle transactions accurately and courteously.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions or concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Handle products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and management.
• Organize and manage delivery schedules to meet time commitments and performance goals.
• Follow traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelines.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the company brand professionally at every stop.
