About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers and support store operations. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or part-time hours available, including the option to work just a day or two a week. Drivers may use the role as a main job, a second job, or a way to earn extra hours, and opportunities for growth within the organization may be available.

The advertised pay rate is $17.13, plus tips and mileage paid daily. Tips are paid out after each shift. Paid training and employee discounts are offered. Team members may be eligible for benefits depending on approximate hours worked per week; certain benefits have additional eligibility requirements and waiting periods.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must submit to a criminal background check.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes.
• Must use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver in-store app.
• May need to drive and deliver in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
