About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers by phone and at the counter. Team members learn Domino’s pizza-making techniques while working together to provide customer service. The position is described as suitable for entry-level candidates, students, or people seeking additional work. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including as little as one or two days a week.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
