About The Position
Domino’s is seeking a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role pays $15.92 per hour for inside work and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers also assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Health insurance and a 401(k) are available subject to eligibility and plan terms. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.
Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least two years.
- Have access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
- Meet company driver eligibility requirements.
- Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
- Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Complete a motor vehicle record review that meets the company's insurance standards; the review occurs after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Verify orders before leaving the store.
- Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
- Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
